I am just starting to use oil paints again so I did this quick value study. Also included is a colored version I did very quickly in photoshop just to get an idea of how the values look in color.

OK now for something completely different. Get your sketch book and materials and go outside. Go draw things lots of things. Draw trackers, dogs, cars, trees, buildings anything and everything.
